To my past self
It's hard to believe, but we're here.
We're alive and well. We're so close to making it to the next chapter.
It's definitely not what you expected.
Sorry that we couldn't make it in the music industry. I know that this is something we said we will never do. Interesting on how life works. But I know that this is the best choice for us, for the long run.
There's been plenty of ups and downs. We had to leave some friends behind, but there's plenty more that you made and then some. Don't worry, we still have our "Day Ones".
I know you thought you wouldn't make it. The scars are still there, there's also new ones. You know what they say: "Scars show that you made it through," or something similar, haha.
I can't promise that the future is gonna be any easier. If anything, there's gonna new things to worry about. However, you're not alone in this anymore. You don't need to keep up that facade. There are plenty of people who are willing to be there for you.
I'm proud of you for holding on. Even though I still think you're cringe, lol.
