It's ok, you're ok, everything will be ok.
It feels like there's not enough time in the world to finish all the tasks, all the projects, all the chores.
I understand that I'm procrastinating a lot. I'm putting things before my priorities. However, I need to remember: some tasks are much shorter than I anticipate, the people around me will understand my focus, my goals are my own life.
Take a deep breath, slow yourself, and just do the task.
You'll get more in a groove than you'd think.
If you notice you're getting tired or losing motivation, rest yourself for 5 minutes. Not a minute more lest you fall into procrastination. Even if you need to put a timer.
You know what works and what doesn't. You've got this.
